Already With The Problems

I'm a day late updating. Meh. Still haven't gotten an apartment. Lots of unpleasant chaos abounding. In the meantime, I try to keep my cheer. It can be pretty hard at times, though. I didn't make October's update on time; let's see if I can do better later this month for November.

I updated my Calendar ever-so-slightly, but I'm still happy that it's not utterly obsolete anymore, and that after a solid few years finally has a graphical chart! What took me a whole lot of time this update (I sure am overusing the word update) was the process of semisimultaneously repairing a bunch of things I'd missed before and attempting to keep my new Archives/Latest system (new system required me to repair other stuff first); even after all that, I have a non-update I find interesting that I want to add in time. My Q'n'A is still ancient and utterly obsolete (whoa! I just used that phrase again!), and I'm still slowly overhauling it in the background. I actually dallied with a Tripod Gallery for a short while, but it doesn't really do what I want yet, so it's still very much on hold. Perhaps a Links page would be the easiest thing to create next after all. Hmmm.

Halloween came and went. My work schedule took me out of the main night plus a party the week before. The most I really celebrated: I worked wearing a black shirt with four M&M's characters dressed in Halloween costumes, and I gave a quick "Happy Halloween" Instant Message to like four people each with Idle status.

Earlier in the month, a church of the Lord's in a nearby state/county held a two-week tent meeting, and the local church here (which includes me) helped them. That was rather fun and quite fruitful.
